Tracy Anderson’s Wellness Shake

Lately I’ve been on a bit of a health kick and I came across this recipe for Tracey Anderson’s Wellness Shake.

Have you heard of Tracy Anderson? Her client list reads like a Who’s Who of Hollywood with names like Gwyneth and Madonna and – a bit like Rachel Zoe (fashion stylist) – she’s become something of a celeb in her own right!

I spoke to someone (I can’t remember who it was now) who’s done her workouts and they say she kicks butt i.e. creates killer bodies. Love…(you can get hold of her training videos here). And here’s a sample workout that Gwyneth shared. Actually the two of them are close friends and business partners on Gwyneth’s website goop.

Here’s the smoothie:

  • 1 1/2 cups baby spinach
  • 3 oranges, peeled
  • 1 dried pitted date
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

DIRECTIONS

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until desired consistency. Enjoy immediately.
