100 Years of Fitness
Do you exercise?
If you never exercised back in the day, chances are you do now. Probably more than ever before the benefits of exercise are touted at us daily. Below are just a few, simple reasons to partake.
The Benefits of Exercise
- Weight control
- Mental Health
But did you know we’ve been proponents of exercise for years? Even as far back as 1910 stretches were all the rage, in the 1950s it was the Hula Hoop, the ’60s The Twist, the ’70s Jazzercise, ’80 Aerobics and so on.
I loved this video (via Benenden UK), which covers 100 years of fitness. See if you recognise any that you’ve done 🙂
Over to you
Have you done any of these?
Have a beautiful day 🙂
